My Google Play app is not going to market - what should I do?
My app is more than a week old.
I can't send it to the google play, in the Error Console I see the following
How can I solve this problem?

This is generally a temporary problem, Google Play was down for some hours last night. The problem is now solved.

I had this problem as well and spent quite a bit of time debugging it. The problem turned out to be a link in my AndroidManifest.xml file that linked to a different version of my app. I didn't think that this was possible. I changed it and everything worked again.

I had the same problem as @Cody - it was due to a java.lang.NullPointerException in one of my JAR files, which was pointing to a non-existent URL, and when you tried to download it it looked to the Google Play developer console as if the app had been deleted.
I solved it by adding a "NOT AVAILABLE" version of my app to the Play store so it didn't appear as if my app was deleted, and then deleting the "NOT AVAILABLE" version (which was no longer relevant).
Public Outcry Forces Sudan to Release Dozens of Baha'is
In the latest dramatic turn in the story of the persecution of the Baha'i minority in Sudan, several dozen Baha'is have been released from prison after a major public outcry forced President Omar al-Bashir to order their release.
On April 11, a group of Baha'is from Sudan filed a written request to the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention for the release of 32 Baha'is held in jail on unfounded charges.
